Sweeting Mediation Services offers competitive and transparent pricing for virtual mediation services.
MEDIATION SERVICE Fee Schedule
- Two-Party Mediations: $200 per hour, per party ($400 total per hour)
- Three-Party Mediations: $200 per hour, per party ($600 total per hour)
- Four or More Parties: $200 per hour, per party ($800 and up per hour)
Each scheduled mediation includes pre- and post-mediation services. These may include discussions with parties, attorneys, and representatives; reviewing mediation stipulations and court orders; and handling all scheduling communication. Time spent reviewing mediation reports, preparing settlement agreements, or filing reports to the court will be billed separately. Parties are responsible for filing the Notice of Mediation and for scheduling and paying for translators if needed.
Billing & Payment Terms
- Law Firms: Invoices issued post-mediation; payment due within 15 days
- Pro Se Parties: $500 deposit required upon scheduling; balance due immediately after mediation
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to admin@sweetingmediation.com.
- Half-Day cancellations with less than 7 days' notice: 3-hour fee applies
- Full-Day cancellations with less than 7 days' notice: 6-hour fee applies
- Requests received 7 or more days in advance may be accommodated without penalty
- Cancellation fees may be waived only if the reserved time is rebooked with another mediation
- Unless otherwise agreed, all parties share equal responsibility for cancellation fees
Additional expenses beyond standard administrative services will be communicated in advance. Sweeting Mediation operates exclusively as a virtual mediation service.
Half Day Sessions:
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (3-hour minimum)
Efficient and results-driven, our Half-Day Mediation Session provides a structured opportunity for parties to work toward resolution in a focused timeframe. Ideal for cases requiring targeted discussion and negotiation. If you anticipate complex issues, multiple parties, or high-risk exposure, a full-day session may be more appropriate.
Full day Sessions:
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6-hour minimum, includes 1-hour break)
Designed for cases requiring in-depth discussion and negotiation, our Full-Day Mediation Session allows ample time to explore key issues, work through challenges, and reach resolution efficiently. Recommended for matters involving multiple parties, complex legal or financial issues, or high-risk exposure where additional time may maximize the opportunity for settlement.
