Debra Sweeting is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator, and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. She brings a unique combination of legal knowledge and corporate expertise to her mediation practice, facilitating constructive dialogue and supporting informed decision-making consistent with the ethical standards governing Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Her professional background includes extensive experience in civil mediation proceedings and settlement preparation. She served as Public Relations/Marketing Director and Chief Assistant to renowned attorney Willie E. Gary at the Law Firm of Gary, Williams, Parenti, Watson & Gary, P.L.L.C., where she worked closely on case preparation, correspondence, and mediation settlement conferences. Her role included expert video production services for high-stakes mediations — an experience that sharpened her skills in negotiation, communication, and helping clients find common ground.
Debra holds a Conflict Resolution Certificate from Cornell University’s ILR School and is a member of the Florida Association of Professional Mediators (FAPM). She is committed to professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality in every matter.

Full day Sessions:

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6-hour minimum, includes 1-hour break)
Designed for cases requiring in-depth discussion and negotiation, our Full-Day Mediation Session allows ample time to explore key issues, work through challenges, and reach resolution efficiently. Recommended for matters involving multiple parties, complex legal or financial issues, or high-risk exposure where additional time may maximize the opportunity for settlement.
